Christmas Closure Times

As we near the festive season, it is imperative to plan ahead to ensure your orders arrive in time for Christmas. If you desire to receive your items before the holiday, the time to act is now. Please take note that for residents of Western Australia, Northern Territory, and Tasmania, including rural areas, the deadline for orders is the 5th of December. For most other states, the cut-off date is around the 10th of December.

What if my order doesn't arrive before Christmas?

While we strive to deliver your purchases promptly, the high volume of orders during this period may result in delays. Please understand that despite our best efforts, some orders may not reach you before Christmas. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding.

What about closures during the holiday season?

During the Christmas period, many of our suppliers and transport partners will be closed from the 22nd of December to the 4th of January. Rest assured, you can still place orders during this time, but please anticipate potential delays in delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your patience and understanding.
